Foday Kamara is a personal development enthusiast who has spent close to a decade in the personal development industry as a life coach .

I enjoy having conversations with people about overcoming life challenges and helping them find their purpose and mission. Words can not encompass the symbolism of how immensely the personal development industry has changed my life. From thinking suicidal thoughts, suffering depression, constantly feeling unfulfilled, and having zero purpose or sense of direction in life to building a strong character through adversity and living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
